Here is what I am loving this week – from the kitchen to the closet!

1. Book | Lies My Teacher Told Me : Everything Your American History Textbooks Got Wrong

This is quite the eye opener! My office bookclub chose to read this together and though I feel I shouldn’t be shocked, I continually am as I read through this. Its a great way to better understand the many sides of history and an easy conversation starter. I highly recommend this book!

2. Kitchen | All Clad Tongs

I just got these tongs as a belated birthday present (my birthday was 6 months ago!) and I am obsessed. They self lock, which is pure genius and the non stick ends mean my pans won’t continue to get scratched. Great for pasta, sautéing vegetables, and even grilling steaks. A new kitchen favorite.

3. Kitchen | Seckel Pears

Walking through the farmers market on Friday and I spied these gorgeous little pears – turns out they are the smallest pear varietal and quite possibly the sweetest! Going into mini tarts tonight (be on the look out for that recipe!) as fall is officially here!

4. Fashion | Pearl Drop Earrings

I hope I am not alone when I say I LOVE Amazon for some fun fashion jewelry pieces – one particular pair on repeat are these pearl drop earrings. I am embracing my inner Moira Rose and wearing all my fun pieces for zoom calls, date nights, or just to jazz up sweats! Well priced and a classic you can’t go wrong with.

5. Fashion | H&M Lace Blouse

H&M is looking SO good for fall and on my last pop in to the store on Fifth Avenue, I spied this lace blouse. Cute for the office with a silk tank underneath or perfect for date night with just a bralette on. I’ve already worn it both ways and have a feeling this is becoming a staple for my fall/winter wardrobe this year. Also a great neutral – I see it with skirts, skinny jeans, even my leather joggers + a great statement earring.
